Crabby by Nikki Taylor:
The fiddler crabs are members of the genus Uca and are synonymously known as calling crabs. There are numerous subspecies of fiddler crabs. These fiddler crabs are famous for their one large claw or major claw, waving display, and circadian life cycle. This life cycle is entirely dependent on high tide. They have a wide geographical distribution range and these ranges differ for each fiddler crab species.
